Tackle debris from storms—or wood waste from forestry, demolition, or agriculture—directly on-site. Eliminate hauling, slash emissions, and unlock valuable byproducts like biochar and renewable energy.

We used Air Burners to dispose of thousands of tons of vegetative debris after Hurricane Harvey. Instead of piles of waste taking up space for months, we cleanly reduced it to a small pile of ash with very little smoke. An efficient, low-impact solution for large-scale disaster cleanup.

Traditional debris and wood waste solutions are inefficient, slow, and costly—often causing more problems than they solve.
Floods, Hurricanes, Tornados
Hauling overloaded trucks, road damage, and rising fuel costs
Chipping oversupplies mulch markets
Smoke & Air Pollution
Forestry, Demolition, Agriculture
Laborious hauling, grinding, sorting—with high energy and financial costs
Most timber ends up discarded; resale markets are limited
Landfills and processing emit more CO₂ and methane than environmental gains justify
Solution: Air Curtain Burners—On‑Site, Efficient, Clean
On-Site Processing: Burn debris or wood waste immediately with no hauling with Air Burners.
Smoke particles get trapped and reburned quickly, dramatically reducing emissions—by up to 98%—and delivering a cleaner burn.
On-site deployment means cleanup in hours, not weeks
Up to 98% smoke reduction with air curtain combustion
Handles massive volumes with 95–98% reduction, 40x faster than open burning
Converts wood and vegetative waste into nutrient-rich biochar while generating power
Minimizes hauling, labor,
and infrastructure costs

On August 22, 2025, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published interim rule titled Temporary-Use Incinerators and Air Curtain Incinerators Used in Disaster Recovery. This interim rule authorizes the deployment of air curtain burners in federally declared emergency declared areas to accelerate debris management and recovery efforts.
Under the interim rule, air curtain burners of any capacity may operate without prior approval, provided the operator:
At the end of the day, debris management isn’t just about hauling away logs and branches. It’s about getting life back to normal.
When debris sits for months or years, people can’t go home. Businesses can’t reopen. Schools are shut. Communities stay stuck.
Air Burners aren’t the only tool you’ll need, but they’re a proven one. They’ve helped communities recover faster after hurricanes, floods, tornados, and wildfires.
