What can we burn in a FireBox?
Clean wood and vegetative debris, such as branches, logs, trunks, stumps, brush, and sticks. Local rules apply, so confirm what is allowed at your location.
Does this mean we don't need a chipper anymore?
It depends on what you do with the chips. If you sell or reuse mulch, a chipper still earns its place. The FireBox handles the material that isn’t worth chipping, hauling, or paying to dispose of.
Can the FireBox handle large diameter logs and stumps?
Yes. A FireBox burns large logs and stumps up to 40x faster than open burning, and it avoids the slow, costly work of chipping them.

What does it take to set up a FireBox at our yard?
Most yards need a level, cleared burn area with room for a loader to stage and feed material, plus a plan for ash.
We recommend about 100 feet of clearance from structures, vegetation, and overhead lines, though local fire-safety rules may require more.
Setup is typically a one-time project, and because every Air Burners system is portable, you can relocate it later if your needs change.
How many people does it take to run?
One operator. A single operator can run up to three FireBoxes at once, all fed by one loader, so you can double or triple your output without adding staff.
